Application

As often as needed
Before exposure to the sun apply generously (for example 6 sprays on average on the forearm)*.
Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, toweling or sweating. Do not stay too long in the sun, even if you use a sunscreen product. Sun abuse is dangerous. Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, glasses, T-shirt).
