How to use:

Take a generous amount of product for your body. Warm the cream by pressing between your palms. Apply generously before sun exposure to all exposed areas. Smooth over from the ankles up to the waist, then from the wrists up to the shoulders, and finally from the lower abdomen up. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling. Reusing too little reduces the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even with sunscreen; excessive exposure is dangerous. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
